Infinity recently announced the acquisition of a 100% interest in Highland Resources Limited (Highland), a subsidiary of unlisted company, Jubilee Metals Limited. The acquisition included four gold-silver projects, all having proven gold mineralisation evident in either historical gold workings (Bindi, Goodhope-Union, Mitta, Cobungra) or from modern exploration results (Cobungra Project). These tenements are located in Victoria within the prospective Lachlan Fold Belt

Following a due diligence period the Company acquired these enticing exploration assets, which have been underexplored over the past several years. Set against a backdrop of strengthening gold prices and increased activity in eastern Australia, the Company intends to rapidly and cost-effectively test these exploration assets and has an ability to immediately do so, given the existing permits and land access agreements in place.

Our Fully Integrated Lithium Project in Extremadura is set to provide the products critically needed to allow the EU to move ahead with its ongoing and increasing transition to electric mobility.

The Company continues to progress its Direct Exploitation Concession Application (ECA) with the regional authorities of Extremadura.

The ECA is currently under review and Infinity through its subsidiary Exremadura New Energies, is working with the administration in order to progress to a public consultation period later in the year.
